Cajuda sacked, Ramzy interim head coach

CAIRO (GoPharaohs.com) - Zamalek’s unexpected loss to Masry in their Egyptian Premier League week 15 match was the breaking point for Zamalek officials with head coach Cajuda. Zamalek is currently in negotiations with Helmy Toulan to take the helm of the suffering Egyptian giant.

Ahmed Ramzy was assigned as interim head coach for the team. The first challenge Ramzy has will be Zamalek’s Arab Champions League group A match against Kuwaiti club Al-Qadeseya in Kuwait. Zamalek tied with CA Bordj in Cairo in their first match playd in the group. Zamalek also has a postponed league match against arch rivals Al-Ahly in the end of December.
