CAIRO (GoPharaohs.com) - Enppi managed to stumble Ismaily in their quest to win the 2006/2007 Egyptian Premier League title. Enppi defeated the Daraweesh in Mokawloon stadium 1-0 in their week 18 matchup.
Hossam Mabrouk scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute. Ismaily put on a strong showing in the first half, but its forwards could not capitalize on several scoring opportunities. Enppi picked up the pace in the second half and began exchanging attacks with Ismaily resulting in the Enppi goal.
Enppi now has 19 points while Ismaily lose a precious 3 points and remain at 38.
