Ahly defeat Highlanders, advance to ACL round of 16

CAIRO (GoPharaohs.com) - Al-Ahly defeated Highlanders of Zimbabwe 2-0 in the second-leg of their round of 32 African Champions League match which took place Sunday evening at Cairo International Stadium.

Shady Mohamed scored the first goal in the 13th minute of the first half, while Flavio put in the second in the 14th minute of the second half. Al-Ahly dominated their opponent for most of the game. The two teams drew 0-0 in Zimbabwe. With this result, Al-Ahly advances to the round of 16.
