Zamalek draw with Ahli Jeddah 1-1

JEDDAH (GoPharaohs.com) - Zamalek drew with their hosts Ahli Jeddah in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Tuesday evening. The matchup was part of the group action of the Arab Champions League.

Zamalek scored first from a goal by Alaa Abdel-Ghani in the 16th minute (assisted by Amr Zaki). Ahli Jeddah tied the game in the 26th minute of the second half to end it at 1-1.

Despite the draw Zamalek remain at the top of their group followed by Ahli Jeddah.
