Embarrassing exit for Zamalek from Arab Champs League

CAIRO (GoPharaohs.com) - In their second-leg match of the semi-final of the Arab Champions League, hosts Zamalek lost to Al-Faisaly of Jordan 2-1 at Cairo International Stadium. This result, along with the 0-0 draw of the first-leg match in Jordan, means the end of the road for Zamalek in the Arab Champions League.
Al-Faisaly scored early in the first half from a long-range shot in the 8th minute by Khaled Saad followed by the second goal in the 23rd minute of the first half by Heidar El-Amir. Zamalek managed to scored from a penalty kick in the 79th minute by Amr Zaki.
