Zamalek’s Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed sidelined for 4 months

CAIRO (GoPharaohs.com) - In an announcement on Friday, Zamalek officials stated that their starting goalkeeper Abdel-Wahed El-Sayed will be out of commission for at least four months due to an ACL injury in his right knee.

After examining his knee, Zamalek doctors said that he will have to perform surgery. El-Sayed was injured during Zamalek’s match against Al-Faisaly of Jordan in the Arab Champions League semi-final.
