Hamburg signs Mohamed Zidan for 5M Euro

BERLIN (GoPharaohs.com) - Mohamed Zidan has signed a 5 million Euro, 4 years contract with Hamburg. Zidan moves to Hamburg from Mainz who have been relegated this season.

Zidan was a star player in Mainz, scoring 13 goals in 15 games. His efforts were not enough to keep the club alive in the Budesliga. Zidan moved to Mainz from Werder Bremen for 2.5 million Euro earlier this year.

Zidan was recently voted as the third best player in the Budesliga by Bild Magazine.
